Wellness for All
Welcome to the Community Unify Project by Dolah Me After Care (DMAC). This initiative is a testament to our belief that true wellness starts in the community and that every mother deserves access to health resources regardless of economic standing.
-
The heart of this initiative lies in our Each One, Teach One program, a collaborative effort that leverages the expertise within our community to educate and empower. By partnering with local wellness professionals like yoga instructors, nutritionists, and mental health counselors, we offer a range of classes and workshops open to all mothers, not just our clients.
-
Central to our strategy are partnerships with local businesses and health experts. These relationships enable us to offer programs at no or low cost, removing financial barriers to access. Our recent collaboration with Ashley Dukes, co-owner of Getting It Daily Yoga Studio, has allowed us to provide rejuvenating yoga sessions, highlighting the benefits of mindfulness and physical activity during and after pregnancy.
-
The Community Unify Initiative isn’t just about organizing events—it’s about creating a sustainable network of support. Our ongoing engagement efforts ensure that once mothers enter our programs, they remain connected through follow-ups and extended resources.
-
Through the Community Unify Project, DMAC aims to craft an inclusive space where wellness is a shared community value. Here, every lesson learned is a ripple in the pond, spreading knowledge, and fostering a healthier, more supportive environment for every mother and her family.
This project is more than just an initiative; it’s a commitment to the enduring health and unity of our community. Join us at DMAC and be part of a movement that celebrates life, supports mothers, and builds a stronger future for all.
Together, let’s reach, teach, and uplift every mother in our community.
